A brief look at the association

he
USWRCA was formed in 1948. The purpose of the association is to
provide enjoyment for people over the age of 16 and their horses.
There is at present about 1200 individuals on the roster. The association
holds 3 shows a year, first on a District level where 5 Clubs from each
District move on to Region. There are 3 Regions out of which 6 teams
from each Region move on to State. The State Meet is held on the Friday
and Saturday after Labor Day each year.
